Quick Foccacia

 

1 12” pre-baked pizza crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
½ cup finely chopped tomatoes, fresh or canned
Salt and freshly ground pepper

 

1.  Preheat oven to 450ºF. Brush pizza crust with olive oil. Mix together tomatoes, garlic, and basil; spread over pizza crust and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Cut into wedges to serve.
