Homemade Granola

5-6 cups rolled oats, wheat and/or rye
1 cup milk powder
1 cup soy flour
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds (raw)
1 cup coconut (unsweetened)
1 cup nuts (cashews, almonds)
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup currants or raisins
1/2-1/3 cup oil
1/2-1/3 cup honey and/or maple syrup

Mix ingredients thoroughly.  Spread onto baking sheets in a 1-2" layer.  Sprinkle cinnamon lightly over top.  Bake at 350 degrees.  Stir after 10 minutes, bake 5 minutes more.
