Quesadillas 4
tortillas Soften the tortilla by heating briefly with a little olive oil in a pan. Remove and drain on paper towels. Mix the cheese, cream, peppers and jalapenos together and add a little salsa - not too much or the filling will be too sloppy. Divide the filling equally and spread over each tortilla and fasten with a toothpick. Lightly fry on both sides, being very careful when turning the Quesadillas over.
