Tabouli Primavera

1 cup tabouli mix
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/4 cups cold water
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup cooked black beans or canned black beans, rinsed and drained
2 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil

Place in bowl and mix together: tabouli mix, olive oil, cold water.  Cover, let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator.  Stir in tomatoes, peas, carrot, beans, basil, lemon juice and olive oil; mix well.  Cover, chill at least 2 hours before serving on a bed of lettuce.
