Dairy
Our cooler doors contain what you need whether it's milk, kefir, rice milk, soy milk, cream, juices, smoothies or yogurt. The dairy shelves hold eggs, butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, soy and rice cheese, soy "meat" products, pesto sauces and pasta, bagels, tortillas and flatbreads.

Meat 
The freezer holds all-natural and organic varieties of pork, elk, lamb, beef, turkey, chicken, fish, and meat-free products. Stock up on marinades, B-B-Q sauces and rubs before moving on to the fresh meat cooler with cuts of beef, pork, chicken, sausages, lunch meats and fish. The seafood case offers a variety of seasonal and fresh selections and our specialty meat case holds deli-sliced meats and prepared cuts ready for dinner. A rotisserie oven contains hot roasted chicken as well as daily special offerings of beef ribs, pork ribs, pork loin roast or leg of lamb.

Cheese 
The cheese island is abundant with domestic and imported cheese as well as fancy crackers and toasts to accompany your cheese selections. Look in the deli grab 'n' go area for cream cheese, cheese spreads, curds, brie and fondues.

Bakery & Deli
Start your morning with a scone, still hot from the oven and a freshly brewed mug of coffee, or make yourown cup of herbal tea. For lunch, the deli has a hot lunch special, two choices of hot soups, a wide variety of salads and made-to-order sandwiches. You'll find it hard to resist the Co-op's cookies, bars, pies and cakes for dessert! The grab 'n' go cooler has many varieties of pre-packaged entrees, quiche, dips, single-serve milk, juice, soda and water and much more. The deli can also cater your special event, or provide just a few of the items you need for a special meal.
