User Discussion and Submission Guidelines

 

This blog is intended to be a place to discuss ideas about creating a new business paradigm, explore the community development, and address issues facing the food cooperatives, and the natural and organic food industry in general..

All user comments will be moderated and will not be posted if they don’t meet the following guidelines:

  • Please stay on-topic.
  • No offensive, libelous, or defamatory language.
  • No obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit language.
  • No self-serving or flagrant promotion of goods, sites or services. We may remove any website URL for any reason.
  • No personal attacks (hostile, derogatory or deliberately insulting comments toward a specific individual or group).
  • No comments that infringes upon or violates the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any person.
  • No comments that degrades others on the basis of gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other classification
  • No comments that violates a person's right to privacy, or violates any local, state, national, or international law.
  • No comments that are predatory, hateful, or intended to intimidate or harass others.
  • No misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation. Do not impersonate others.
  • No flaming (posting comments intended to induce an angry response).
  • You must be over the age of 13. Why? Congress enacted the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).The primary goal of COPPA is to place parents in control over what information is collected from their young children online.
